OUBC Film 5: Shutting Out The Hullabaloo
As Tim Koch, with the help of Martin Gough, reported yesterday on HTBS, the Boat Race is getting closer (7 April). Oxford Today has just released the fifth film of six in its series “A Year in the Life of the Boat Race” about the Dark Blues and the crew’s training. The fifth film is concentration on the media coverage, trying to get some answers from the oarsmen how they 'learn to cope with performing before an audience of millions?' There is some nice old footage from British Pathé, too. Watch the fifth installment by clicking here.
