One of the loyal readers and contributors of this blog is Hélène Rémond. She is a journalist who right now is in England to cover the Henley Royal Regatta for her French newspaper. She has promised to send some contributions that I will post on this blog. Today she sent the following little note, with nice pictures: “I have just arrived this morning. Eventually, I stayed at friends’ for the first day of the regatta. I thought you and the HTBS’s readers might enjoy a few photographs to get an idea of the atmosphere. The weather is really sunny and it is all the more enjoyable... Strawberries and Pimm’s... So British!
